Spectator Policy Form

We do not have busses for our meets. Parents are expected to drive their own child(ren) to away meets. Below are the driver forms needed for transporting athletes to other schools.

1. If you are driving your own child(ren and no one else, to every meet - then stop here. You do not need to do anything else. 
2. If you are driving your own child(ren) and can help drive other athletes that are not your own children, then you need to fill out the PRIVATE DRIVER form. This is done on the Athletic Clearance Site.
3. If you are unable to drive your own child, and they will be carpooling with another parent, then you need to fill out the ATHLETE TRANSPORTATION APPROVAL form. 
4. Athletes may drive themselves (and siblings) to the following meets in our district: Heritage & Freedom ONLY. They are not allowed to drive themselves outside of the district: Antioch, Pittsburg, Deer Valley, De La Salle, Oakdale. All completed forms should be emailed to [email protected] - forms need to be on file before you can drive an athlete other than your own and/or before you send your child to ride with someone else.
