ALL Team Members (Divers & Swimmers) and Parents - Mandatory Meeting 2/23/26 6PM. Swim Suit Fittings will happen begining 2/9/26 after practices.

Make sure the following is completed by 2/6/26 in order to fully be ready to start:

• Complete Athletic Clearance through the school at www.athleticclearance.com
• Get your physical done and have form uploaded to www.athleticclearance.com
  • If you still need to get a physical a quick and easy way is to go through a chiropractor. They typically can get you in the same day and cost less than a doctor's appointment. If you need a copy of the form click Physical Form
• If you are driving your own child(ren) and can help drive other athletes that are not your own children, then you need to fill out the PRIVATE DRIVER form and turn into coach with a copy of your Driver's License and Insurance limits.  If you need a copy of the form click here Parent Driver Form
